Christmas "emery"
Well, not really an emery, it's filled with polyfill :)
It's the first time I made one and I was surprised how easy it was. In major part, thanks to Anita, who provided very clear instructions. Within a few hours, I had it stitched and finished. For reasons that would bore you to death, I went along with this hanger and not the ribbon bows, but the next one I'll do will be finished with ribbon.
Want to have your own? They're HERE and they're downloadable, after paying, of course ;-). Have a look at the Christmas needlerolls from the same series and the special combos (emeries and needlerolls). Adorable, if you ask me! And if you feel intimidated by this technique, be not, these emeries are extremely easy and fast to assemble - and relatively fast to stitch.

The possibilities of thread/fabric colors and beads are endless... Me, I cannot find my THREE packs of gold beads I saw last week (somewhere in my stash). So, I had to settle for a different combination. I chose a red from WDW, a hand-dyed fabric and green-grey beads. Oh, I wish I had small gold beads. I'd make a second one right now. I am completely sure these three packs will reappear in a few hours (sigh).

This looks really pretty I love the colours you choose.
Very often thing "disappear" in my house. When I find the "hidden treasure" it is like getting a gift. I have boxes in my attic that I look through once a year and it is like Christmas to find all the surprises that are stored away. I hope the beads resurface soon. Lovely work on the emery. I love Anita's site. She has the best deals on Threadworx and Valdani hand-dyed floss.
Gorgeous!!!
Lovely emery. I have 2 of Anita's patterns, maybe I'll stitch one today.
Adorable ! J'en veux ! Par milliers !
